Well that’s a wrap. Thank you to the Professionals Real Estate for having me along to speak at your 2023 Principals Workshops across the country. First stop Perth, then Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and last but not least…. Adelaide! Was fantastic to meet so many of you!

We covered so much, Great Cultures, Psychological Safety, Psychological Health & Safety, the importance of being on top of Mental Health, the updates around Sexual Harassment, Bystanders and Prevention tips!

So much for business owners to be thinking about these days isn’t there, no matter what size your business is. If you want the best people and thriving businesses, having a great culture is critical.

Keep focused on your Core Values, my favourite is (of course) WE’RE PRO TOGETHER (it’s your “superpower”).
